Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking experienced Medical Technologists to join our team at a state-of-the-art facility in the beautiful city of Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will be responsible for performing complex medical tests and analyzing results to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.
About the Role:
- Perform a wide range of medical tests, including blood chemistry and hematology analyses.
- Analyze test results to determine normal and abnormal values.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- ASCP (or equivalent) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
