About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and implementing care plans
  • Supervise Dialysis Technicians to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months' of RN experience, preferably in dialysis or a related field
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
