About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team at AdventHealth Central Florida. As a key member of our Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch athletic health services to high school students and athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality evidence-based athletic health services, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of injuries and illnesses.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health care programs to promote the well-being of high school students and athletes.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, athletic directors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Market and promote our Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation services to physicians and the community.
  • Identify and resolve issues timely that affect our medical staff and the effective delivery of health care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field of study.
  • Current active State of Florida license as a Certified Athletic Trainer.
  • Current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Athletic Training.
  • Two to three years of experience in Athletic Training.
