Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Maryland.

About the Job

This is a 13-week travel assignment with 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Occupational Therapist and be able to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and family members.

Responsibilities
  • Administer treatment to patients as a licensed Occupational Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan and within established legal guidelines.
  • Educate patients, other health professionals, and family members regarding Occupational Therapy on an on-going basis.
  • Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment; document and report findings as appropriate.
  • Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
Requirements
  • One to three years' experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills.
