About the Position:

  • Contribute to the Division of Anatomic Pathology at the University of Vermont Medical Center, a vital part of the UVM Health Network.
  • Collaborate with experienced pathology colleagues, including pediatric and perinatal pathologists.
  • Review and interpret surgical pathology specimens from a regional reference laboratory, serving a large geographic area.
  • Engage in the education and mentoring of medical students and residents.
  • Develop scholarly and educational activities, with academic support provided for an initial three years.
  • Contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching, and/or service.

Requirements:

  • Board eligibility or certification in Anatomic Pathology.
  • Training and/or interest and experience in pediatric/perinatal pathology.
  • Commitment to educational and academic pursuits in pathology.
  • Candidates with additional subspecialty interests or training are encouraged to apply.
