Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiac Intensive Care Unit to join our team. As a Registered Nurse - ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless continuity of care
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes
