About the Role

R1 RCM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in delivering secure software into our production environments.

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will work closely with our internal development teams to deliver secure applications, interact with a highly motivated cybersecurity team, and have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of secure software solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Conduct security assessments and penetration testing
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on application security
  • Experience working with enterprise code scanning tools (SCA, SAST, DAST, IAST, etc.)
  • Strong consultative approach to working with internal teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
