Overview:
Mercy Clinic Family Medicine is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support our primary care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in clinical healthcare and excellent communication skills.

Clinical Responsibilities:
Prepares patients for visits by completing the Advanced Standard room process, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and documentation in Epic. Assists with in-office testing, such as drawing blood and completing mental status exams. Administers vaccines and injections within scope of practice.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Preferred experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
