About the Role

This Automotive Sales Professional position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Quality Buick GMC Cadillac. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring that all sales transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and used vehicles to customers, achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and services, as well as market trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry (customer service experience preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
