Janitor II

At Zachry Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitor II to join our team. As a Janitor II, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

• Assist in keeping the site clean and tidy, including trash pickup, sweeping, mopping floors, and dusting.
• Respond to emergency spills and calls as needed, following work order procedures and phone calls.
• Service all conference rooms, including rearranging furniture, cleaning counters, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Assist with conference center setup as needed, following event orders to set up furniture per requests.
• Service restrooms, sanitizing all surface areas and replenishing toiletry and paper products.
• Report building maintenance issues and malfunctions to supervisors.
• Support and assist building occupants with cleaning or maintenance issues, following up until claims or concerns are resolved.
• Follow direction from supervisors and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good aptitude and manual dexterity.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Meet all physical demands and pre-employment conditions.

• Physical demands: standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Work environment: all weather conditions, moderate to high noise levels, and occasional rain.
