Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a diverse range of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing high-quality care to patients in-office or in testing centers. You will also have the opportunity to participate in continuous learning and professional development through our Clinical Rounds program.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development through Clinical Rounds
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, or have completed a residency program in the last 5 years
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date
