Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to join our team at Georgia IT Inc in Cerritos, CA.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of driving transformation and improving team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Agile principles and practices across the organization, ensuring seamless adoption and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact Agile training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
  • Analyze organizational processes and identify areas for improvement, developing targeted solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentor and guide Scrum Masters and development teams, providing expert guidance on Agile best practices and facilitating process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, product owners, and sponsors, to ensure alignment and buy-in for Agile initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to inform Agile strategy and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record of driving transformation and improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
