IT Director

**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our compliance risk management team at Ultra Clean Technology Systems & Svc Inc. In this role, you will spearhead ongoing IT security control initiatives to ensure our teams are building solutions that enhance our security from all angles.

The ideal candidate will have formal training or certification in technology controls concepts and 10+ years of applied experience. A Bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, business, or a related discipline is required. Additionally, certifications such as CPA, CISA, CRISC, or CCSFP are highly valued.

This is a critical time for the semiconductor industry, and for UCT - as technology evolves, we evolve with it. We indirectly touch every semiconductor chip that goes into every smartphone, smart car, and device that uses artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, design, optimize, and perform IT general control and application control testing;
• Facilitate identification of findings, relevant compensating controls, remediation, validation, and closure of findings within defined periods;
• Evaluate the functionality of existing and new technology platforms to drive adherence to control standards;
• Track and communicate overall progress of various program, ensuring complete and timely reporting on program status to senior management stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
