Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging sports programs, adhering to YMCA guidelines and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with participants, parents, and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and participants, ensuring seamless coordination of practices and games.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, progress reports, and team schedules.
