Job Overview

Weaver's Landscape is seeking a skilled Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This role involves assisting with the completion of landscape projects, operating various tools and equipment, and performing physical labor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing jobsites prior to project commencement.
  • Operate chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, and other equipment as required.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for landscape construction projects.
  • Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying.
Requirements
  • Capable of operating required equipment and tools safely.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, tools, and equipment for landscape practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in various conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold. They must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly throughout their shift.

We offer an estimated salary of $20-$28 per hour based on location and experience.
