Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Substitute Account Technician to join our team. As a Substitute Account Technician, you will provide financial support to our schools and programs, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support to schools and programs, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, ensuring compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to district administrators and school leaders.
  • Collaborate with district staff to resolve financial issues and concerns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
