Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, reassessments, and provide education to patients and families
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
  • Valid RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the State of Tennessee
  • 2+ years of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a critical care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
