Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting.
- Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose, and treat medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- 2 years' work experience as a NP.
- National Provider Identification Number (NPI).
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (may be required at some clinics).
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Current and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License.
- Board of Registered Nurses Certification Furnishing Number issued by California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current and unrestricted Controlled Substances Registration Certificate from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
- Valid California Driver's License, proof of auto liability insurance, and clean driving record.
