Caregiver - Sag Harbor

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality care to seniors in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, monitor and administer medications, provide companionship, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

• Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and administer medications as prescribed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance their well-being
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Accompany seniors to appointments and engage in recreational activities
• Document and report any changes in their physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
