Responsibilities
  • Determines work assignments and material or equipment needs based on written work orders or oral instructions
  • Responsible for order-fulfillment including packaging and banding orders, labeling product, and stacking finished orders on skids.
  • Maintains all stock inventories for the warehouse daily.
  • Maneuvers heavy materials with the use of forklift, pallet, and hand truck as required.
  • Responsible for unskilled production work on the assembly line.
  • Loads and Unloads shipping trucks as required.
  • Maintains and ensures all machines and equipment are functioning according to established work standards and follows all safety guidelines.
  • Assists shipping area with package procedures, including label printing, as requested.
  • Monitors products for quality and uniformity; reports any identified problems to Supervisor/Manager in a timely manner.
