Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Resource Label Group, LLC. As a key member of our sales cycle support team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating customer orders and basic account servicing.

Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:
  • Speaking directly with internal and external customers to collect customer information and product specifications.
  • Receiving purchase orders from customers via email or telephone and reviewing all aspects before accepting the order.
  • Processing new purchase orders into the system and notifying plant personnel of special orders.
  • Routing supplies, job jackets, and materials to work areas to put job orders into production.
  • Routing inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, exhibiting excellent service and follow-through.
  • Prioritizing workload as necessary to best meet the needs of the business.
  • Verifying shipping reports against packing lists and reviewing the Customer Transaction Report.
  • Maintaining a consistent desire to go above and beyond to ensure customer expectations are being met and exceeded.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment, preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
  • Ability to write reports and effectively present information to groups of managers, vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
