Salary

Job Description
This role involves conducting diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating clients and their representatives, and accurately documenting observations and interventions. As a Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services to clients in their homes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need a current PA Physical Therapist license, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association. Solid computer skills, including prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR), are also essential.
