We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team at beBee Professionals in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Therapy Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and create personalized therapy plans to address their physical, emotional, or developmental challenges.
  • Improving Daily Functionality: Help patients recover and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks, fostering independence and enhancing quality of life.
  • Therapeutic Interventions and Support: Provide necessary therapeutic interventions and adaptive equipment to support patients' recovery.
  • Progress Documentation and Plan Adjustment: Document patients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A current license as an Occupational Therapist in the United States.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Previous Clinical Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Compensation and Benefits:
