Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Children's Home Healthcare. Our mission is to provide exceptional, compassionate care to medically complex children in the comfort of their own homes.

Competitive Salary: $30-$35 per hour for RNs and $20-$25 per hour for LVNs. Rates may vary based on patient acuity, location, and other factors.

About the Role

As a pediatric home healthcare nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating families on proper care techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to clinical supervisors
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid current nursing license
  • Current CPR certification for healthcare workers
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
