Job Title: Paramedic

International SOS is a leading medical and security services company with a global presence. We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team in Holly Springs, NC.

Job Summary

The Paramedic will provide emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including industrial sites and emergency departments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency medical services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency medical care to patients, including basic and advanced life support.
  • Operate ambulance equipment and respond to radio transmissions.
  • Coordinate with the team responding to an emergency.
  • Assist with minor medical cases and participate in emergency drills.
  • Document and report observations and treatment provided.
  • Evaluate patient condition and perform preliminary diagnosis.
  • Establish patient goals and care plans within protocols.
  • Assist medical providers with medical procedures and treatments.
  • Administer basic care, including inserting catheters and administering medications.
  • Monitor patient condition en route to the treating facility.
  • Collaborate with interested parties, including police and medical providers.
  • Write and submit accurate reports on incidents.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of paramedic experience.
  • Experience in a clinic setting, preferably in occupational medicine.
  • Paramedic North Carolina State Certification.
  • ACLS, BLS, and PHTLS certifications.
  • Breath Alcohol Testing and Urine Specimen Collector certification.
Language Requirements

Excellent written and oral English skills are required.
