**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct external and internal security patrols and routine tests of security equipment
  • Maintain all logbooks and records, ensuring timely completion and effective handover procedures
  • Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards, and unsafe working practices to management
  • Provide support, guidance, and information to all staff, visitors, and contractors while ensuring the safeguarding of the premises
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Report instances of property at risk of being lost, stolen, damaged, and/or vandalized
  • Display an outstanding level of customer service
  • Display the highest standard of personal presentation to maintain the image of Securitas and the client
  • Identify opportunities for improving practices and processes
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by Management

**Requirements:**

  • Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable employment history or documentary evidence of any period of unemployment
  • No current criminal convictions
  • British Nationality or Dual Nationality with one being British and having lived in the UK for the past 7 years
  • Willing and able to undergo DV clearance questions and processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Punctuality, reliability, and IT literacy
  • Enthusiastic proactive attitude and ability to prioritize workload
  • Willingness and ability to work shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Previous experience with DV clearance
  • SC clearance
  • Ex or current military and police experience
