Pet Care Specialist

At PetSuites, we're passionate about providing exceptional care for our furry friends. As a Pet Pro, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.

• Guest Care: Treat each guest with respect and dignity, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Food and Water Management: Ensure guests receive the right amount of food and water, and clean and sanitize food and water bowls daily.
• Sanitation and Cleaning: Clean up after guests, including dog poop, urination, and vomit, and maintain a sanitary environment.
• Exercise and Play: Walk dogs on leashes, engage in play activities, and supervise multiple dogs at once.
• Conflict Resolution: Monitor for potential conflicts and redirect or remove dogs as needed.
• Health and Safety: Monitor guests' health, chart eating and elimination habits, and alert front staff and management if a guest is ill or exhibiting odd behavior.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain the facility's cleanliness and safety, including operating the washer and dryer, and ensuring the property is well-maintained.

• Animal Lover: A passion for animals and animal care, with a willingness to learn animal behavior.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
