Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate records of all materials and equipment, from procurement to installation, to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Coordinate Logistics Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute integrated logistics support plans, including product support, sustainment planning, and sparing models based on reliability, availability, and maintainability analysis.
  • Manage Spares and Repair: Track, order, and maintain spares, and repair or replace spares consumed, damaged, or degraded during installation and testing.
  • Support Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) for material pick up from Contractor CONUS staging location, and prepare all shipping documents for submission.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, and notify the customer of missing or damaged items, including description and photographic evidence.
  • Collaborate with On-Site Personnel: Work closely with on-site personnel OCONUS to ensure effective warehousing, tools, equipment, vehicles, storage, and lay down areas.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Valid Forklift License
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in DoD/Military Logistics Management
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience Using Logistics/Inventory Management Software
  • Experience with CONUS and OCONUS Shipments for DoD/Military Customers
  • Experience Working On-Site OCONUS in a Logistics Role
  • Willingness to Travel for Up to 6 Months On-Site in the Middle East
  • Experience with Export Control Compliance, ITAR, and Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs)
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Able to Lift and Carry Up to 50lbs
