Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled registered nurse (RN) with a passion for cardiovascular nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cath lab procedures, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all patient care activities in the Heart Center Cath Lab, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide expert care and education to cardiology patients, acting as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel.
  • Maintain knowledge of cardiovascular clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current state RN license.
  • An Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire.
  • ACLS upon hire.
  • At least two years of cath lab experience.
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome applicants with:

  • A BSN degree.
  • Four years of cath lab, cardiovascular, critical care, or emergency nursing experience.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
