Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in validating clinical laboratory processes and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our testing procedures.

As a member of our Global Validation team, you will work closely with laboratory staff to develop and implement validation plans, execute validation studies, and analyze data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement validation plans for clinical laboratory processes
  • Execute validation studies and analyze data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Work closely with laboratory staff to ensure accurate and reliable testing procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in medical laboratory science, preferably in a clinical or research setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or similar degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,152.00-$83,940.00 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
