About the Role

As a Valet Parking Specialist at Icon Parking, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for greeting customers, retrieving and parking vehicles, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and willing to help
• Retrieve and park vehicles safely, courteously, and efficiently
• Inspect vehicles for any existing damages
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by sweeping, wiping down equipment, counters, and other areas as needed

Requirements

• 18 years of age
• Active Driver's License
• Able to comprehend and communicate in English
• Ability to lift and move parking equipment as necessary
