Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BCBA Apprentice to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the BCBA/Clinic Director team with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients, while also maintaining a role as a Behavior Therapist for approximately half the hours.
Responsibilities- Assist the BCBA/Clinic Director team with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients
- Maintain a role as a Behavior Therapist for approximately half the hours
- Lead Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) training classes for onboarding and ongoing training
- Enrolled or completed in graduate-level ABA courses
- Actively working towards certification as a BCBA
- 1 year experience of conducting ABA therapy with clients with Autism
- Unflappable patience and compassion
- Active RBT certification with the BACB
- Background in teaching, assisting, counseling, or coaching
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology
