Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will perform duties under the direction of the operative surgeon. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients to determine an accurate anesthetic plan.
• Determining and administering the appropriate dosage of anesthesia during procedure.
• Completing records of type and amount of anesthesia, patient condition, patient response and medical histories.
• Assessing patient recovery and removal to another room following surgery.
• Effectively collaborating with referring physicians and other professionals to provide optimum care for each patient.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthetist program and current Nurse Anesthetist License and Certification required. RN License in the State of Texas and BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification also required.
