Call Center Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at ReconMR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls and surveying respondents on a wide range of topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to survey respondents
  • Collect and record survey data
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills and ability to speak clearly over the phone
  • Comfortable talking on the phone
  • Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
  • Basic understanding of good customer service
