Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lovesac. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including promotions and pricing.
  • Assist with inventory management, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with store management to resolve customer service issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and sales goals.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen effectively and solve problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move objects from a lower to a higher position or horizontally.
