About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home Boston Southwest. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and light housekeeping.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for clients.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assist clients with medication management and other healthcare-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) preferred.
  • Successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Current CPR certification recommended.
