Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and light housekeeping.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for clients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Assist clients with medication management and other healthcare-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) preferred.
- Successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Current CPR certification recommended.
