Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, and a comprehensive package of perks.

Job Description

This role involves representing and communicating AutoNation's multi-brand wholesale parts offers to outside service clients and fleet customers. You will actively grow the business by seeking new accounts and fostering relationships with existing wholesale accounts.

  • Work closely with Wholesale Parts Managers to increase the sale of AutoNation OEM and Aftermarket parts to independent repair businesses.
  • Analyze market information to focus on appropriate market opportunities.
  • Makes sales calls to existing and new accounts, including cold calls.
  • Utilize tools to ensure high levels of focus and organization.
  • Promote and improve the AutoNation branded parts business by being an expert on product offers.
  • Familiarize yourself with local trade advertising and publications.
  • Participate in AutoNation's local and national aftermarket events.
  • Increase the number of external accounts buying AutoNation OEM and Branded parts.
  • Communicate issues and opportunities to AutoNation management to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Personable with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to interact with a broad scope of customers.
  • Customer-focused and responsive to customer needs.
  • Able to observe and detect opportunities in business surroundings.
  • Strong perseverance abilities with the ability to ask for the sale.
  • Proficient in computer skills, CRM tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and actions.
  • Expertise in wholesale programs of various OE/manufacturers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
Key Measures of Success
  • Achieving assigned wholesale targets for all brands in the assigned territory.
  • Increasing market share of AutoNation branded parts.
  • Identifying and converting new accounts.
  • Quality use of internal wholesale parts opportunity dashboard and CRM tool.
