Wholesale Parts Sales Development Specialist

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, and a comprehensive package of perks.
Job DescriptionThis role involves representing and communicating AutoNation's multi-brand wholesale parts offers to outside service clients and fleet customers. You will actively grow the business by seeking new accounts and fostering relationships with existing wholesale accounts.
- Work closely with Wholesale Parts Managers to increase the sale of AutoNation OEM and Aftermarket parts to independent repair businesses.
- Analyze market information to focus on appropriate market opportunities.
- Makes sales calls to existing and new accounts, including cold calls.
- Utilize tools to ensure high levels of focus and organization.
- Promote and improve the AutoNation branded parts business by being an expert on product offers.
- Familiarize yourself with local trade advertising and publications.
- Participate in AutoNation's local and national aftermarket events.
- Increase the number of external accounts buying AutoNation OEM and Branded parts.
- Communicate issues and opportunities to AutoNation management to promote continuous improvement.
- Personable with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to interact with a broad scope of customers.
- Customer-focused and responsive to customer needs.
- Able to observe and detect opportunities in business surroundings.
- Strong perseverance abilities with the ability to ask for the sale.
- Proficient in computer skills, CRM tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance and actions.
- Expertise in wholesale programs of various OE/manufacturers.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
- Achieving assigned wholesale targets for all brands in the assigned territory.
- Increasing market share of AutoNation branded parts.
- Identifying and converting new accounts.
- Quality use of internal wholesale parts opportunity dashboard and CRM tool.
