Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our commercial TI and ground-up projects. If you have a strong understanding of building systems, excellent planning and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors, we encourage you to apply.

• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control and assurance
• Provide exceptional client service and lead a project team
• Manage project schedules and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Forman or Superintendent
• Commercial TI and/or Ground-Up experience
• Strong understanding of building systems
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
