Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Golf Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Whistling Straits. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to incoming calls, and greeting guests in person and by phone.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling tee times, handling reservations, and reconciling cash transactions.
  • Assist with directing guest traffic through the clubhouse and ensuring the golf shop, front desk, and public areas are neat and orderly.
  • Perform cash transactions, balance, deposit, and record cash as necessary.
  • Assist with inventory, golf shop sales, and maintaining order in the shop as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Previous point of sale experience is helpful.
  • Knowledge of the golf industry is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
