Job Summary

Williamson Health is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Supervisor to lead our Imaging Department on weekends. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing, department procedures, and physician requests in multiple modalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Imaging Department on weekends, ensuring high-quality imaging procedures are provided to patients and physicians in a respectful and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate staffing, department procedures, and physician requests in multiple modalities, including X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI.
  • Supervise and train imaging technologists to ensure they are providing high-quality care and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve department efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology and subsequent Accreditation through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Three years of supervisory experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a multi-modality imaging department.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety, MRI safety, and universal precautions.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and perform multifunctional tasks.
