Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Class A Truck Operators to join our team within the Amazon Freight Partner program. This role involves working on various shifts, including overnight, evening, weekdays, and weekends.

Compensation:

Starting pay ranges from $25 to $29 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.


About Us:

AFP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Class A Truck Operators based in Portland, OR. As a key member of our team, you will utilize Amazon's equipment and technology to deliver goods on local routes, ensuring you return home after each shift.

Your responsibilities will include handling a variety of freight types, from 100% no-touch deliveries to live loads, with local routes typically covering a set number of miles round trip.

  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, regardless of order size.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
  • Successfully pass a DOT physical examination.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • No current CDL suspensions or revocations.
  • Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a good DAC Report.
  • Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Familiarity with GPS technology and handheld devices.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
