Key Responsibilities- Prioritize patient care needs and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia or eligibility for licensure.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a critical care or neuroscience setting.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
