Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Intake Coordinator to join our team. As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assessing patient referrals and determining the level of care required for admission to our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient referrals and assess their need for psychiatric inpatient level of care
- Complete level of care assessments for clients seeking inpatient and outpatient mental health services
- Work with nursing, medical, and other disciplines to coordinate care for patients
- Directly monitor and assist patients, working under the direction of clinical, nursing and medical staff
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in a behavioral healthcare hospital setting required
- CPR Certification
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification
