Electrophysiology Specialist in Expanding Winter Haven Facility

South Florida Baptist Hospital is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Electrophysiology Cardiologist to become a vital part of our thriving practice in Winter Haven, Florida. This role offers the chance to collaborate with another seasoned EP Cardiologist, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, and a proficient support team, including Registered Nurses, a Medical Assistant, and a Pacer Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for both recent graduates and seasoned professionals aiming to advance their careers in Electrophysiology.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Deliver exceptional, compassionate care to patients experiencing cardiac arrhythmias and related disorders. Assess and formulate treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborative Care: Partner closely with our healthcare team, including Cardiologists and Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons, to guarantee coordinated and seamless patient care.
Patient Referrals: Benefit from a steady influx of patients through referrals from primary care physicians and local hospitals, ensuring a robust patient base.
Facility Convenience: Take advantage of practicing within the state-of-the-art facilities, where essential resources such as the Cardiac Catheterization lab are conveniently located, promoting efficient patient care.
On-Call Duties: Share EP-specific on-call responsibilities with the other EP Cardiologist, with no general cardiology call required.
Education and Mentorship: New graduates will have the opportunity to receive guidance and support from experienced EP Cardiologists.

- Board certification in Cardiology and Electrophysiology (or eligibility) is mandatory.
- Possession of a Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure in Florida.

- Willingness to engage in on-call responsibilities as needed.
