This position encompasses a blend of marketing, relationship management, administrative tasks, and customer service.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Prioritize interactions and communications with customers.
  • Conduct tours of the community and its amenities.
  • Provide insights on sales challenges and customer feedback to leadership.
  • Execute sales and engagement strategies as directed by management.
  • Recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging strategies.
  • Assist with social media and communication initiatives across various platforms.
  • Participate in planning and executing customer experience initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional representation of the community at all times.

Property Management

  • Demonstrate knowledge of community, market, and policy standards.
  • Manage the logging, filing, and retrieval of customer packages.
  • Support general housekeeping tasks related to the office, clubhouse, grounds, and amenities upkeep.
  • Schedule and monitor maintenance requests for prompt resolution.
  • Ensure the office remains clean and organized.
  • Assist with after-hours lockout duties as necessary.

Operational Details

  • The job location is at the designated property.
  • Work hours include daytime business hours and participation in after-hours on-call rotation.
