Candidates must possess a BS degree or higher in Engineering and professional licensing, with a strong background in Revit, AutoCAD, Finite Element Software, and other related design development programs.

Experience:

Prior experience in structural design and detailing is required, with a minimum of five years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of all phases of professional design services, from Schematic Design through Construction Administration
  • Prepare contracts and proposals
  • Evaluate program requirements
  • Developing designs and related construction documents
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Complete quality control reviews of documents
  • Interacting with clients, contractors, and regulatory officials
  • Reviewing shop drawings and submittals
  • Supervise Staff Engineers and CAD/BIM technicians
  • Performing other project management-related tasks.
