Mill Reserve

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mill Reserve to join our manufacturing team at Georgia-Pacific. As a Mill Reserve, you will play a critical role in supporting our machine technicians with the production and delivery of high-quality paper products for our customers.

• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems to optimize production targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work 12-hour rotational schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to 12 hours a day in a loud/noisy and industrial environment.

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environment, or completion of post-high school education in a manufacturing/industrial-centered program.
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.

• Experience working with forklifts, squeeze trucks, or clamp trucks.
