We are seeking a skilled Culinary Ambassador to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our dining services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional culinary care.

• Monitor patient dining experiences and make recommendations to enhance their meals.
• Manage food allergens and modify menus according to patient prescriptions.
• Provide basic diet information to patients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and the hospital care team.
• Resolve patient dining concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Report patient needs to supervisors or the care team as necessary.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines.

• Ability to push and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
