Responsibilities
- Engage with patients, participants, and staff to effectively schedule appointments for necessary procedures.
- Execute clerical and reception tasks associated with patient registration.
- Collect essential demographic, insurance, and clinical data from patients and input it into the appropriate systems.
- Identify suitable resources to address inquiries regarding the type, date, or location of scheduled procedures.
- Organize and communicate schedules efficiently.
- Assist in coordinating activities related to insurance pre-certification and authorization.
- Provide guidance to patients or their representatives regarding pre-service requirements and instructions.

Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure or certification may substitute for education or experience if applicable.
