Caregiver/ DSP

Certified Home Nursing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/ DSP to join our team. As a Caregiver/ DSP, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
• Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including lifting and transferring.
• Encourage clients to participate in activities and engage in social interactions.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment, including cleaning and organizing living spaces.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
• Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CNA/CMT certification required.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
